One on one training for beginners wanting to work out and learn the correct forms and techniques of boxing or those looking to start a boxing career. All sessions are taught by a USA boxing licensed coach. All ages welcomed. Payment is due at the time of booking. Any cancelations 24hr or less will result in the forfeit of your session payment. One aspect of boxing that is often overlooked, especially during the initial phase of training, is footwork. Footwork makes us hit harder, puts us in a position to hit, and gets us out of danger fast. While we will always work on foot work during our one-on-one sessions, this session focuses strictly on improving your footwork so you can swiftly punch at angles, pivot quicker, and escape attacks. Payment is due at the time of booking. Any cancelations 24hr or less will result in the forfeit of your session payment. This must be paid prior to booking your next session.
When done right, boxing film study is one of the best tools you can use to pick up new techniques, develop training drills, and increase your fight IQ. Study sparring, past fights, future opponents, or aired professional fights. Learn what to look for when studying film on a 120inch screen in a private room in the gym.
