Services
One on one training for beginners wanting to work out and learn the correct forms and techniques of boxing or those looking to start a boxing career. All sessions are taught by a USA boxing licensed coach. All ages welcomed. Payment is due at the time of booking. Any cancelations 24hr or less will result in the forfeit of your session payment. This must be paid prior to booking your next session.
One on one training for women who want to learn how to box using correct forms and techniques. This class is made for beginners who are looking for an exciting new way to work out or deciding to compete in the world of women’s boxing. This is a judgement free class lead by a female trainer who’s excitement for the sport is absolutely contagious. Payment is due at the time of booking. Any cancelations 24hr or less will result in the forfeit of your session payment. This must be paid prior to booking your next session.
Redzone is 3 rounds of intense HIIT style workout that revolves around boxing and moves that help improves your boxing speed, footwork, and power. Redzone is perfect for fighters looking to gain stamina and lose weight. Redzone can also be used by nonfighters, both adults and youth, for quick calorie burning, muscle building, and weight loss. Once Redzone is complete, the client will proceed to do mitts, footwork, and or conditioning. Payment is due at the time of booking. Canceling or rescheduling 24 hours or less will result in the forfeit of your session payment.
One aspect of boxing that is often overlooked, especially during the initial phase of training, is footwork. Footwork makes us hit harder, puts us in a position to hit, and gets us out of danger fast. While we will always work on foot work during our one-on-one sessions, this session focuses strictly on improving your footwork so you can swiftly punch at angles, pivot quicker, and escape attacks. Payment is due at the time of booking. Any cancelations 24hr or less will result in the forfeit of your session payment. This must be paid prior to booking your next session.
*Please bring a bandana, wavecap, or bonnet to protect your head* By fortifying the neck and surrounding muscles, we reduces the risk of injuries and improves overall performance during physically demanding tasks, even when wearing heavy packs and protective gear. Neck strengthening helps protect us from concussions, as well as injures in our spine, and back. Strengthen your neck to help take blows to the head and lessen your chance for a concussion. This program also helps reduce the risk of neck injuries during grappling. We increase your mobility and posture in this program as well. We recommend doing the program 2-3x a week.

This session is for beginners ages 6+ who are looking to work one on one with our coaches for a full hour. Clients can schedule with our male coach Reggie or our female coach Kelley. Please make sure a legal guardian is present to sign the waiver for the child's first session. Payment is due at the time of booking. You must have boxing shoes to spar in the black ring. Please bring boxing shoes, headgear, groin guard, gloves and a mouth piece. We have limited community headgear/gloves you can borrow if needed.
