Coach JP is a high-energy, people-focused fitness coach who believes workouts should be effective, empowering, and actually enjoyable. Certified through AFAA/NASM as both a Group Fitness Coach and Personal Training Coach, and also USA Boxing certified, Coach JP brings the perfect balance of structure, motivation, and real-world fitness to every session.

Whether you’re brand new to fitness, returning after a break, or simply looking for a workout that fits your lifestyle, Coach JP creates an environment where everyone feels welcome and capable—no “gym rat” energy required.

Payment is due at time of booking. Canceling/Rescheduling 24hrs or less will result in the forfeit of your payment. Showing up 15+ mins will void your session. No refunds are given once booked.
