One on one training for beginners wanting to work out and learn the correct forms and techniques of boxing or those looking to start a boxing career. All sessions are taught by a USA boxing licensed coach. All ages welcomed. Payment is due at the time of booking. Any cancelations 24hr or less will result in the forfeit of your session payment. This must be paid prior to booking your next session.
One on one training for women who want to learn how to box using correct forms and techniques. This class is made for beginners who are looking for an exciting new way to work out or deciding to compete in the world of women’s boxing. This is a judgement free class lead by a female trainer who’s excitement for the sport is absolutely contagious. Payment is due at the time of booking. This session is for beginners ages 6+ who are looking to work one on one with our coaches for a full hour. Clients can schedule with our male coach Reggie or our female coach Kelley. Please make sure a legal guardian is present to sign the waiver for the child's first session. Payment is due at the time of booking.
