STL BOXING ACADEMY

Esta sesión es para niños principiantes menores de 10 años que se beneficiarían más de una clase de 30 minutos en vez de una hora completa. Para poder reservar esta sesión, debes traer a dos niños (ambos menores de 10 años) que lleguen al mismo tiempo. El primer niño tomará los primeros 30 minutos, y el segundo niño los siguientes 30 minutos. Es necesario que un adulto responsable esté presente en la primera clase de ambos niños para firmar la carta de autorización. El pago se hace al momento de agendar. Si cancelas con 24 horas o menos de anticipación, se perderá el pago de la clase. Este debe cubrirse antes de agendar la siguiente sesión.

Boxeo juvenil para menores de 10 años

Neck strengthening helps protect us from concussions, as well as injures in our spine, and back. Recommend 2-3 sessions per week for best results. Payment is due at time of booking.

Neck Strengthening For Athletes

Intermediate Youth Boxing

This session is for beginner clients under the age of 10 that would benefit from a 30 minute session verses a full hour session. Youth Split Session (Ages 10 and under)

Intermediate footwork is for clients who are past the beginner footwork stage. Most clients will be at an amateur fighting level or close to it if they are booking this class. One aspect of boxing that is often overlooked, especially during the initial phase of training, is footwork. Footwork makes us hit harder, puts us in a position to hit, and gets us out of danger fast. While we will always work on foot work during our one-on-one sessions, this session focuses strictly on improving your footwork so you can swiftly punch at angles, pivot quicker, and escape attacks. Sessions are taught by National Champion Winning, USA Boxing licensed coaches. Payment is due at the time of booking. Any cancelations 24hr or less will result in the forfeit of your session payment. Arriving 15+ late will void your session.

Intermediate Boxing Footwork

Redzone is 3 rounds of intense HIIT style workout that revolves around boxing and moves that help improves your boxing speed, footwork, and power. Redzone is perfect for fighters looking to gain stamina and lose weight. Redzone can also be used by nonfighters, both adults and youth, for quick calorie burning, muscle building, and weight loss when needed. Once Redzone is complete, the clients will proceed to do mitts, footwork, and or conditioning. Payment is due at the time of booking. Canceling or rescheduling 24 hours or less will result in the forfeit of your session payment.

Functional Fitness

This session is for beginners ages 6+ who are looking to work one on one with our coaches for a full hour. Clients can schedule with our male coach Reggie or our female coach Kelley. Please make sure a legal guardian is present to sign the waiver for the child's first session. Payment is due at the time of booking. Any cancelations 24hr or less will result in the forfeit of your session payment. This must be paid prior to booking your next session.

Beginners Youth Boxing

Only for clients fighting at the professional level. When done right, boxing film study is one of the best tools you can use to pick up new techniques, develop training drills, and increase your fight IQ. Study sparring, past fights, future opponents, or aired professional fights. Learn what to look for when studying film on a 120inch screen in a private room in the gym. Please email or send a link to the fight prior to the session stlboxingacademy@gmail.com. We can also look up videos on YouTube and use logins for espn+, dazn, ufc fight pass to view film. The entire session does not have to be dedicated to film study. Payment is due at the time of booking. You will be charged for any rescheduling or cancelations 24hrs or less. Film Study For Professional Fighters

One on one training for individuals fighting at the professional level. All classes are taught by a National Champion Winning USA boxing licensed coach with experience dealing with ranked professionals. Coach Reggie has corned televised fights on espn as well as PPV.   Payment is due at the time of booking or will be cancelled immediately. Any cancelations or reschedules 24hr or less will result in the forfeit of your session payment. Arriving 15+ mins or later will void your session. No refunds after booking.

Professional Boxing Training

Professional footwork is for clients who are fighting at a professional level. One aspect of boxing that is often overlooked, especially during the initial phase of training, is footwork. Support A Fighter

This program also helps reduce the risk of neck injuries during grappling. We increase your mobility and posture in this program as well. We recommend doing the program 2-3x a week.

Neck Strengthening For Fighters

Use this option if you are scheduling for 2 people or want 2 hours of work. Have one of our coaches come to you (40 mile radius). One on one training for beginners wanting to work out and learn the correct forms and techniques of boxing or those looking to start a boxing career. All sessions are taught by a USA boxing licensed coach. All ages welcomed. Remote classes start on the half hour of the hour scheduled. Example if you schedule at 12pm, the session will be from 12:30pm-2:30pm. Remote sessions can be denied due to location distance or the location not being fit to train. Additional costs may apply if distance is longer than 30 minutes from the gym due to us needing to block out an additional session. Locations that work best is a covered, flat area, with plenty of room to move around. Payment is due at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time of booking. Coaching Membership Policy (Non-Paying Client)

STL Boxing Academy allows one designated non-paying client (such as a relative or friend) to receive coaching under a Coaching Membership Pass. This pass is strictly for individuals who are coaching one fighter only.

What This Pass Includes:

Access to the facility only when accompanying the fighter you are coaching.

Permission to coach one non-paying client (relative, friend, etc.).

A 24/7 coaching access pass that is linked to the fighter’s access.


What This Pass Does NOT Include:

Use of any cardio equipment, machines, or amenities.

Independent entry to the gym. You must enter with the fighter.

Personal workout privileges.


If You Need Your Own Access:
If you want personal 24/7 entry or the ability to use gym equipment for your own training, you must purchase a regular gym membership.

If You Want to Coach More Than One Person:
Coaching more than one client requires staff approval and may require upgrading or purchasing a coaching membership.

If You Plan to Charge for Coaching:
Anyone collecting payment for coaching inside STL Boxing Academy must meet with staff to discuss requirements, compliance, and approved use of the facility.

For fighters, mobility isn’t optional—it’s essential. Full hip and shoulder rotation are critical for defense, power, and speed. If you can’t turn your hips fully, you’re leaving strength and performance on the table. This class helps unlock your rotation, enhance punch power, improve agility, and prepare your body for Red Zone, Sparring, or Strength & Conditioning.

Sparring for Clients

One on one training for individuals with coaching level experience or professional level fighters. All classes are taught by a National Champion Winning USA boxing licensed coach.  Payment is due at the time of booking or will be cancelled immediately. Any cancelations 24hr or less will result in the forfeit of your session payment. This must be paid prior to booking your next session.

Professional Boxing/MMA Striking Training

One on one virtual training for beginners wanting to work out and learn the correct forms and techniques of boxing. All classes are taught by a USA boxing licensed coach. All ages welcomed. Please make sure you have a strong internet connection, space to move around in, and able to angle your camera to show your feet to your head. Sessions will be held on ZOOM unless stated otherwise by your coach. Payment is due at the time of booking. Any cancelations 24hr or less will result in the forfeit of your session payment. This must be paid prior to booking your next session.

Virtual Boxing Training for Beginners

Never miss a moment, forget a combination, or overlook a jewel dropped during your session. With this purchase, you will receive an HD quality video link of your session that does not expire. Rewatch your movements so you can fully see what the coaches see and make adjustments or go home and practice your newly acquired skills. This is a great way to continually track profess as well. The camera will remain stationary to make sure you don't miss a punch.

Intermediate Boxing Training

One on one training for women who want to learn how to box using correct forms and techniques. This class is made for beginners who are looking for an exciting new way to work out or deciding to compete in the world of women’s boxing. This is a judgement free class lead by a female trainer who’s excitement for the sport is absolutely contagious. Payment is due at the time of booking. Any cancelations 24hr or less will result in the forfeit of your session payment. This must be paid prior to booking your next session.

Women's 1 on 1 Boxing Training for Beginners

Please be sure to list who is sparring in the notes of your appointment. Block out an hour to spar in one of STL Boxing Academy rings with a licensed coach present. If you would like a HD recording of your sparring be sure to book the camera in Misc for the same time frame. You must have boxing shoes to spar in the black ring.
